Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls/emails from customers regarding their accounts.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, products, and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards always maintaining TAT.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education Qualification: 

Graduation: Any Graduation
