Role & Responsibilities:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will:
• Own the React Native mobile application end-to-end: architecture, performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Contribute to backend services in Go (Golang) — designing APIs, data models, and high-performance services.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and design to turn vision into reality.
• Take end-to-end ownership of a product pod (mobile + backend), working like a mini-founder.
• Build for scale — 10M+ daily sessions, sub-second response times, and zero downtime.
• Ensure code quality, security, and scalability through best practices.
• Actively experiment, iterate, and innovate on product features to drive engagement and growth.
What We’re Looking For:-
• Experience: 3–6 years in full-stack/mobile development.
Core Skills:
• Strong expertise in React Native (iOS & Android).
• Solid backend development skills in Go (Golang), Python.
• Familiarity with databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB) and caching systems (Redis, Memcached).
• API design & integration skills (REST/GraphQL).
• Understanding of CI/CD, cloud infra (AWS/GCP), and performance optimization.
