What You’ll Do Define and execute long‑term data engineering strategy aligned with AI and analytics roadmap. Lead architecture and rollout of scalable Data Lakehouse and Warehouse platforms. Drive cloud migration and platform modernization across hybrid environments. Build and mentor high‑performing engineering teams and leadership pipeline. Oversee delivery of strategic programs for analytics, fraud, and regulatory reporting. Establish governance, observability, and quality standards for enterprise data pipelines. Champion adoption of DataOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices. What You Need 15+ years building enterprise Data Warehouse, Lake, or Lakehouse solutions. 7+ years leading global engineering teams and large‑scale programs. Deep expertise with Apache Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Scala/Java/Python. Proven experience designing cloud‑native data platforms on AWS (S3, EMR, Glue, Athena, EKS). Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, and quality management. Hands‑on skills in CI/CD pipelines, IaC, Airflow, and streaming architectures. Ability to influence senior executives and translate technology to business outcomes. Good to Have Experience with GenAI‑enabled engineering and intelligent automation. Familiarity with emerging lakehouse architectures and real‑time analytics. Background in building data catalog and master data management solutions.
