You’ll own the technical roadmap of Publicis Media France’s Data Platform, ensuring it scales, stays reliable, and evolves with business needs. The role blends architecture, governance, and AI‑driven innovation, offering a chance to lead a distributed engineering squad on cutting‑edge cloud technologies.
What You’ll Do
Design and evolve scalable platform architectures aligned with product strategy.
Define and enforce development, security, and data‑governance standards.
Deliver “Silver” and “Gold” data layers that are analytics‑ready and reliable.
Build automated data‑quality tests, monitoring, and traceability across pipelines.
Lead AI‑enablement initiatives, exploring Cloud AI agents for data automation.
Drive Infrastructure‑as‑Code, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
Mentor offshore teams and create skill‑development plans.
What You Need
8–10 years in platform, data, or backend engineering.
Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams.
Expertise with Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Functions, Run, Pub/Sub).
Proficiency in Airflow/Cloud Composer, DBT, Python, SQL, and Terraform.
Strong background in CI/CD pipeline creation and testing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to set data‑governance, ownership, and access‑control frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
