Documentum Developer – India

What You’ll Do
Design, customize, and maintain Documentum repositories, object types, and lifecycles.
Configure ACLs, metadata schemas, and versioning to meet security and retention policies.
Build and tune workflows, job automation, and content‑processing pipelines.
Diagnose production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement performance fixes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for requirement gathering, effort estimation, and timely delivery.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, deployment planning, and release support.
Explore AI‑driven tagging and summarization to enhance content discovery.
What You Need
BE/BTech/MTech/MCA/MSc/MBA with 3–5 years of Documentum development experience.
Strong grasp of content‑management concepts: metadata, security, versioning, retention, lifecycle.
Hands‑on experience configuring Documentum repositories, object types, ACLs, and lifecycles.
Proficiency in workflow design, job automation, and performance tuning.
Ability to work through full delivery cycle: analysis, development, testing, production support.
Experience troubleshooting production issues and implementing long‑term fixes.
Good to Have
Familiarity with AI/ML techniques for content tagging and summarization.
Knowledge of related ECM platforms (e.g., FileNet, SharePoint).
