Job title: Flex Cube – Developer and Functional Consultant

Employment type: 6-month extended

Work Experience Required :

 Minimum 8 years’ extensive Oracle Flexcube experience

Skills / Specialized Know How:

 Flexcube Development: Proficiency in developing, customizing, and

configuring Flexcube modules, workflows, and functionalities using

Flexcube development tools and technologies.

 Functional Consulting: Ability to provide functional expertise, guidance,

and support to business stakeholders and end-users on Flexcube

capabilities, features, and best practices.

 Integration and Interoperability: Experience in developing and

maintaining interfaces and integrations between Flexcube and other

systems, applications, and third-party services using standard protocols

and APIs.

 Customization and Configuration: Strong skills in customizing and

configuring Flexcube modules, parameters, and workflows to align with

business requirements and operational processes.

 Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Oracle Flexcube core

banking system, including Oracle PL/SQL, Flexcube APIs, and

customization tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve

technical issues.

 Documentation and Knowledge Management: Ability to document

technical specifications, configurations, and customizations related to

Flexcube development and implementation, and maintain up-to-date

documentation and knowledge repositories.

 Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving,

analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze

complex business requirements and translate them into technical

solutions.

 Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication,

interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to

collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, business

stakeholders, and external vendors.

 Adaptability and Learning Agility: Flexibility to adapt to changing

priorities and business needs, with a willingness to learn new

technologies, tools, and methodologies related to Flexcube

development and functional consulting.
