Frontend Developer Level 2 (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) – 2+ Years’ Experience – AI Product
Location: Remote – candidates must be based in India.
Candidates should be available for at least three evening calls per week (India time) to overlap with team members in Pacific Time. We expect selected candidates to join within 2 weeks of the offer.
Salary Range: ₹5–7 LPA, commensurate with experience, location, and overall fit
Overview
We’re building an AI evaluation platform that’s becoming indispensable for AI teams. We’re looking for a driven Frontend Developer with at least 2 years of React.js experience to help us deliver responsive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for our rapidly evolving product. In this role, you’ll work with React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, advanced state management, and data visualization tools to bring our AI Evaluation platform to life. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact while building clean, scalable, and engaging user experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain responsive, accessible UI components using React (19) and TypeScript
• Implement modern, user-focused designs using Tailwind CSS
• Handle client-side routing, data fetching, and form logic using frameworks such as TanStack Router, React Query, and React Hook Form
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs in collaboration with backend developers
• Enhance user experience across the product experience
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in regular code reviews
• Optimize performance and contribute to improving overall frontend code
Must-Have Skills
• 2 years of professional experience with React.js
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with React Hooks and component-driven development
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for styling
• Exposure to tools like React Query, React Hook Form, and TanStack Router
• Understanding of responsive design principles, and accessibility best practices
Bonus Skills
• Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with data visualization frameworks such as ChartJS or D3JS or similar
• Knowledge of Git-based workflows, CI/CD practices, or cloud platforms like GCP or similar
• Basic testing experience using Jest or React Testing Library
• Exposure to Postgres
