We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our innovative Supply Chain Technology team. Role Overview: As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will:
. Design and implement highly scalable, full-stack applications
. Own technical solutions end-to-end, from conception to deployment
. Collaborate with senior technical leaders and architects
. Work directly with customers to understand their needs and see your solutions in action
. Be part of a collaborative, high-performing engineering team

Required Qualifications:
. Good experience in full-stack development
. Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
. Track record of building scalable, distributed systems
. Experience with modern development practices and tools
. Problem-solving and analytical skills
. Good communication and collaboration abilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
– 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
– 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
– Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
– Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
– Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
