What You’ll Do
Lead design and development of scalable full‑stack applications.
Build responsive front‑ends with ReactJS.
Create robust back‑ends and REST APIs using Java Spring Boot.
Design, tune, and maintain PostgreSQL databases for high availability.
Deploy and manage services on JBoss or Tomcat servers.
Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
Coordinate with UI/UX, QA, and project managers to meet delivery targets.

What You Need
3–8 years of full‑stack development experience.
Strong hands‑on expertise with Java Spring Boot and ReactJS.
Proven PostgreSQL design, optimization, and administration skills.
Deployment experience on JBoss or Tomcat application servers.
Experience with OBPAS (hands‑on).
Leadership or team‑lead experience, including code reviews.
B.Tech/Diploma in CS/IT or MCA (or equivalent).

Good to Have
Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API patterns.
Experience in governance‑related projects.
