Sr. .NET Software Engineer – India Join a global RGP team to modernize a mission‑critical .NET Framework application and extend various in‑house products (integration, provisioning, reporting, ATS, finance) on a mature Azure platform. You’ll get to reshape legacy code, embed AI‑assisted development daily, and influence architecture decisions while working remotely with colleagues in Europe and the US. What You’ll Do Decompose the legacy Applicant Tracking/Professional Service Automation system into modular components. Modernize and migrate legacy .NET code to Azure services. Provide ongoing support and implement new features across multiple products. Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable .NET applications. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle in an agile environment. Deliver technical support and clear communication to internal customers. What You Need 8+ years experience in .NET/C# development, integration architecture, and Azure infrastructure. Strong grasp of architecture patterns (monolith decomposition, modular monolith, microservices). Hands‑on expertise with Azure Front Door, Application Gateway, Managed Identity, Key Vault, Monitor/App Insights, and IaC (Bicep or ARM). Deep SQL Server skills, capable of writing and optimizing complex queries. Proven record modernizing legacy .NET systems and migrating them to Azure. Daily use of AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) for generation, refactoring, and testing. Business‑level English (written and spoken).
