A senior‑level engineer to lead end‑to‑end feature development for a fast‑growing product company. You’ll shape architecture, mentor teammates, and deliver high‑performance cloud‑native solutions used by global customers.

What You’ll Do
Design and implement full‑stack features from data model to UI and deployment.
Document architectural decisions (ADRs) and justify technology choices.
Conduct educational code reviews that set the team’s quality standards.
Drive test‑coverage practices and reduce technical debt with business‑focused proposals.
Mentor 1‑2 junior engineers through pairing, feedback, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to refine requirements and manage sprint risk.
Communicate technical trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders in clear business terms.

What You Need
6‑9 years of C#/.NET experience (ASP.NET Core, EF Core, LINQ, async, DI).
Strong SQL skills: query optimisation, indexing, schema migrations at scale.
Hands‑on work with a modern JS framework—React, Angular, or Blazor WebAssembly.
Proven track record of making and documenting architecture decisions.
Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines.
Cloud production experience on Azure or AWS, including infrastructure trade‑offs.
Excellent written English for design docs and async communication.
