Purpose of the Job

To Strengthen digital Presence and increase online Sales

Major Tasks
• Increase revenue from top 3 platforms and grow AOV.
• Improve New vs. Returning Customer Ratio for balanced acquisition and retention.
• Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) ratio.
• Improve conversion rates and maintain 4.5+ star ratings with 15% review collection
• Increase search visibility, Drive CPC reduction while boosting Click-Through Rate (CTR)
• and sales traffic

Qualifications
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in the “GARMENT INDUSTRY” is preferred.
• Proven experience in SEO, SMM, and SMO strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field is required.
