What You'll Do Lead technical direction and roadmap for large‑scale cloud observability systems. Design, code, test, and deploy AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, SQS, API Gateway). Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation. Integrate AI‑enabled workflows for anomaly detection and root‑cause analysis. Mentor and coach software engineers across the pod. Collaborate with product managers and customers to define feature requirements. Evaluate new technologies and drive continuous improvement. What You Need 5–7 years of software development experience, including AWS serverless services. Strong proficiency in Python (or similar) and Terraform/CloudFormation. Hands‑on experience with Grafana, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry. Proven ability to design, test, and maintain production‑grade CI/CD pipelines.
