What You’ll Do
Develop Python solutions for data integration
Extract data from Genesys Cloud via APIs into GCP
Build and support API-driven data pipelines
Normalize data for reporting and analytics
Collaborate on improving data accessibility and efficiency
What You Need
Demonstrated Python development experience
API development and integration experience
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience using Apache Airflow
Experience with REST APIs
Good to Have
Experience with Genesys Cloud CX Contact Center
