HR Tech – Integration/Data Engineer – India

Join a global leader in energy management as they modernize HR data flows. You’ll design and deliver serverless integrations that connect core HR platforms, driving efficiency and reliability.

What You’ll Do
Design and deploy scalable AWS serverless integration solutions.
Build API‑based and batch integrations for Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, iCIMS.
Develop data transformation logic using Node.js or Python.
Manage AWS resources (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, CloudFormation).
Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy across integrations.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high availability.
Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies.

What You Need
5+ years experience in integration or data engineering.
Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS Serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, CloudFormation).
Proficient in Node.js or Python for backend development.
Experience building REST APIs, webhooks, and handling JSON/XML data.
Knowledge of event‑driven architectures, error handling, and retry mechanisms.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum and matrixed global environments.

Good to Have
Exposure to HR tech ecosystems such as Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, iCIMS.
Understanding of core HR data models and employee lifecycle integrations.
Experience with file‑based transfers (CSV, XML, SFTP) and Secrets Manager/Parameter Store.
