We’re Hiring: Java Developer (Spring Boot | Microservices | AWS) 🚀

Location: Kochi / Trivandrum

Budget: Up to 25 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Priority: P1 (Urgent Hiring)

Job Purpose:

We’re seeking a skilled Java Developer with 7+ years of experience to design, build, and scale high-performance microservices and cloud-native applications using Spring Boot & AWS.

💻 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design & Development:
• Develop robust, scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot.
• Architect and optimize RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-based solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices.

✔ Cloud & DevOps Integration:
• Deploy and manage services on AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/AWS CodePipeline).

✔ Collaboration & Leadership:
• Work in Agile/Scrum, mentor junior developers, and lead technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive system optimizations.

🛠 Must-Have Skills:

✅ Core: Java 8/11+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA

✅ Cloud: AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS, S3, RDS)

✅ Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (DynamoDB/MongoDB)

✅ Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins
