Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a development team of 10+ members.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions.
• Ensure smooth CI/CD processes using tools like Jira, Bitbucket, and RLM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to team members.
• Expertise in enterprise integrations through RESTful APIs, Kafka messaging

Required Skills:
• Full Stack Development (FSD) expertise: Java Spring Boot 17, Angular 12+.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jira, Bitbucket, RLM.
• Proven team management and leadership capabilities.
