• Test Planning and Design:
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests.
• Test Execution and Reporting:
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and ensure software quality.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all software releases meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
• Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of software deliverables.
• Validate software performance, scalability, and usability.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the development team, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve software design and development processes.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and defects.
• Prepare and present test reports and quality metrics to management.
