What You’ll Do
- Lead design and evolution of Azure platform capabilities across multiple services.
- Define and enforce security, scalability, and operational guardrails.
- Drive cross‑team technical discussions and align design decisions.
- Build self‑service provisioning and developer tooling to reduce friction.
- Anticipate and mitigate reliability, security, and cost risks.
- Mentor senior engineers through reviews and technical coaching.
What You Need
- 8–12 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering.
- Deep hands‑on expertise with Azure compute, networking, storage, and identity services.
- Strong proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM, Bicep.
- Solid knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and private networking architectures.
- Proven track record designing highly available, fault‑tolerant platforms.
- Experience with enterprise CI/CD, change management, and observability.
Good to Have
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration on Azure.
- Experience implementing disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity strategies.
