What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of testers for mobile and web apps.
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans.
- Conduct manual and automated testing of applications.
- Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to meet testing requirements.
- Analyze test results and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with best practices and testing trends.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or IT.
- 8+ years of QA experience leading mobile & web testing teams.
- Expertise in manual and automated testing (Selenium, Postman).
- Strong background in API, functional and regression testing.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments.
- Leadership and people‑management skills.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.
