What You’ll Do
Lead a team to design and implement scalable Big Data architectures.
Build reliable data pipelines and ETL processes on Databricks and Snowflake.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all platforms.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications with stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and drive Agile best practices.

What You Need
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or Master’s in Data Science.
5+ years of data‑engineering experience with Apache Spark and cloud (Azure/AWS).
Strong hands‑on expertise with Databricks, Snowflake, and ETL tooling.
Proven track record leading Agile teams and delivering production‑grade pipelines.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Databricks Associate Developer, Azure Data Engineer Associate).

Good to Have
Domain knowledge in Banking Capital Markets or Consumer Packaged Goods.
Experience with risk management and storytelling for executive communication.
