As a Lead/Senior Engineer you’ll shape architecture, mentor peers, and drive end‑to‑end delivery using .NET, Azure, and Kubernetes. What You’ll Do Design and implement new features for client‑facing digital products. Build and maintain containerised services on Kubernetes and Azure. Write automated tests and CI/CD pipelines following DevOps best practices. Ensure security, reliability, and compliance through observability and monitoring. Diagnose production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and remediate risks. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal engineering communities. What You Need 6–15 years of professional software engineering experience. Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core. Experience with messaging systems, preferably Apache Kafka. Hands‑on knowledge of container orchestration, especially Kubernetes. Background in Agile, Test‑Driven Development, and DevOps workflows. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Good to Have Experience designing microservice and event‑driven architectures. Deep expertise with Azure services such as AKS, Container Apps, App Service, Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus. Familiarity with cloud‑native security and scalability patterns.
