What You’ll Do
Prioritize project portfolios and manage stakeholder needs.
Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
Drive deliveries using Lean and agile principles.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
Ensure engineering best practices and quality goals.
Collaborate with global business and product owners.
What You Need
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or Electronics.
10+ years in development or test automation.
5+ years as Engineering or Software Manager.
5+ years of direct people management experience.
Experience with desktop and web application development.
Proficient in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and security.
Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.
Good to Have
Experience with laboratory software and regulatory standards like GMP.
Cloud exposure on Azure, AWS, or Google platforms.
Knowledge of embedded development or instrument service workflows.
