Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-stack development using modern TypeScript-based frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js/NestJS).
• Architect and implement SSR, SSG, and SPA solutions.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Build scalable backend APIs using NestJS, with proper authentication, authorization, and validation.
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
• Mentor junior developers and help establish coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability and user experience.
Required Technical Skills
Core Technologies
• 3–8 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Deep understanding of the React ecosystem (React 18+, Hooks, Context API, performance optimization).
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR, SSG, ISR, API Routes).
• Expertise in NestJS for building scalable backend services.
Database & Data Management
• Strong SQL experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL) — complex queries, optimization, indexing.
• MongoDB expertise — schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing strategies.
• Familiarity with database migration and version control practices.
Frontend Architecture
• Rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, SPA) and their optimization.
• State management using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query / TanStack Query.
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, Styled Components).
• Performance optimization: Core Web Vitals, caching, bundle optimization.
Backend & API Development
• REST API design; GraphQL experience preferred.
• Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, session management).
• Microservices architecture and service communication.
• API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger.
DevOps & Infrastructure
• Containerization (Docker, Docker Compose).
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – deployment, monitoring, scaling
• Git version control and code review best practices.
• Basic Kubernetes understanding (added advantage).
Code Quality & Standards
• Testing frameworks: Jest, Cypress, Playwright.
• Code quality tools: ESLint, Prettier, Husky.
• Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability assessment.
