Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
• Provide basic technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls (especially Sophos firewalls).
• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues
• Assist in server maintenance and administration tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network and server configurations.
• Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect the network and data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking and server technologies.
• Provide clear and concise written reports and updates.
• Skill Set Requirements:
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
• Understanding of basic computer and laptop installation and management.
• Understanding of Sophos firewall concepts.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proactive learning attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Must have worked with IAM (Identity and Access Management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
