Website Leo Coders Private Limited
Nagpur-based Leo Coders needs someone who can wrestle JavaScript into submission. We’re building scalable backend systems, and frankly, need a Node.js developer who doesn’t just *know* the language, but understands its eccentricities – asynchronous programming, memory management, the whole nine yards.
You’ll be bridging the gap between front-end interfaces and server logic, meaning a basic grasp of HTML5 and CSS3 is expected. Data’s crucial, so experience with MySQL and Redis is a definite plus. We expect clean, testable code – the kind that doesn’t keep us up at night. Version control? Git is non-negotiable.
This isn’t a greenfield project; we’re iterating on existing systems – a fast-paced environment where debugging skills are as important as coding prowess. You’ll need to translate requirements into workable solutions, and collaborate closely with a small, tight-knit team – currently five engineers – who value direct communication. Security and data protection are paramount, demanding a conscientious approach to implementation.
Sequelize experience is helpful, as is familiarity with server-side templating. Optimisation – both in terms of time and memory – will be a constant consideration, requiring a proactive mindset and a willingness to dig deep into performance bottlenecks – a challenge, certainly, but one that offers significant learning opportunities. And good interaction with the team is vital.
Send over your details if you think you can handle it. This role demands a pragmatic, problem-solving attitude above all else.
