9478 Deutsche India Private Limited is seeking a Web Developer to join our Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) team in Mumbai, India. As Deutsche Bank’s global platform, we leverage talent and collaboration to deliver exceptional value. GSA serves as the bank’s center of excellence for analytical efforts, with a global presence including London, New York, and Tokyo.
In this role, you will collaborate with a London-based team to develop the frontend of a web application, building user interfaces based on business requirements within a uWSGI server container. You will utilize your expertise in Angular, Typescript, HTML, and CSS to create UI functionalities and integrate them with backend Python services. Strong English communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining web portals, ensuring website security through measures like permission checks and injection prevention, managing underlying libraries, and collaborating on code release and testing.
Candidates should possess at least four years of hands-on experience developing and managing web pages with the Angular framework, a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and TypeScript, and working knowledge of Python and the uWSGI application server container. Familiarity with relational database queries (Oracle SQL, MySQL) is also required. We value a positive attitude, accountability, and a collaborative work ethic.
