Looking for a proactive, excited, and talented product designer with proven experience in mobile designs.
* User-Centric Design: Partner with product and engineering to design innovative and simple solutions that solve user problems.
* Design Across Every Touchpoint: Deliver high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and user flows across every interaction state, ensuring a seamless user journey.
* Platform Expertise: Craft platform-specific UI components and iterate on designs for optimal user interaction at every level.
* Tools: Expertise in Figma, utilising the best offerings of Figma in designing quality screens and ensuring a simple and effective hand-off.
* Bridge the Gap: Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure designs translate flawlessly into the final product.
* Innovation at Your Core: Conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design challenges and enhance user-friendliness.
* Extreme Ownership: Display full fledged ownership on modules assigned; Study, understand, and emulate the learnings to provide high quality designs and execute design operations well.
* Measure & Optimize: Analyse the human-computer interaction (HCI) elements of your designs for continuous improvement, retrospection and delivery.
* Quality Champion: Proactively contribute to a culture of feedback, ensuring all designs consistently exceed quality benchmarks.
* Design System Architect: Build and maintain style guides, component libraries, and design patterns for a cohesive user experience across platforms.
* Inspire: Motivate the overall team by maintaining efficient and effective design practices.
*Shape the Future: Participate actively in product ideation sessions and contribute to conceptual development.
