Lead the shift from low‑code to scalable pro‑code analytics, driving critical decisions that improve patient outcomes. You’ll spearhead engineering and change, integrating AI‑assisted development while ensuring security, compliance, and quality across global operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead front‑end engineering with React, TypeScript, Ant Design.
- Build scalable backend services using FastAPI (Python).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs across services.
- Integrate data pipelines, transform and aggregate data for analytics.
- Ensure code quality via testing, CI/CD, Docker deployments.
- Guide AI‑assisted coding, enforce responsible AI guardrails.
- Mentor low‑code developers, transition to pro‑code practices.
What You Need
- Proficient in React, TypeScript, and Ant Design for reusable UI.
- Experienced with FastAPI (Python) and RESTful API design.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills for data integration.
- Skilled in Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing.
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.).
Good to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools like Chart.js or Ant Design Charts.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and agentic workflows.
- Ability to track adoption/value metrics such as time saved and quality gains.
