Project Engineer (Civil)

Shivraj Associates is seeking a skilled Project Engineer (Civil) to lead and oversee all on-site civil construction activities in Maharashtra, India. This role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of civil projects, from initial execution to final completion.

Responsibilities include managing and directing site civil works according to approved plans and specifications, collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain efficient operations, and preparing regular progress reports to track milestones. You will also monitor resource allocation, including materials and personnel, ensuring optimal utilization while upholding strict quality, safety, and environmental compliance. Responsibilities extend to verifying measurements, assisting with billing and quantity estimations, interpreting construction documentation, and proactively resolving on-site challenges. Supporting the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and overall project monitoring is also key.

Candidates must possess a Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering and demonstrate 10-15 years of practical experience in building, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects. A strong understanding of civil construction techniques and materials is essential, as is the ability to accurately read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Excellent communication and coordination abilities are required, and proficiency in MS Office is expected; AutoCAD skills are a plus.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹850,000.00 to ₹1,200,000.00 per year. The work location is on-site.
