About Us:
GMG Technotrades Private Limited (Glydus) is a leader in engineering solutions across marine, automotive, and industrial sectors. We are expanding and looking for a dynamic Manager to lead our institutional sales efforts.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, focusing on tenders and quotations
• Build and nurture relationships with government and institutional clients
• Prepare competitive bids and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to deliver successful bids
• Identify new sales opportunities and support business growth
• Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
What We’re Looking For:
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• 4-5 years’ experience in institutional sales, preferably with government/public sector exposure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Willingness to travel frequently
