You’ll lead a small engineering team, shape system architecture, and work on cutting‑edge networking and embedded solutions that power aircraft cabins worldwide. What You’ll Do Design and implement scalable C++ applications for Linux and network platforms. Write clean, maintainable code and enforce best‑practice standards. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers (SDE 1 & 2). Lead a team of 4–8 developers through sprint planning and delivery. Debug, profile, and optimise software for reliability and performance. Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them where appropriate. What You Need 6–10 years of strong C++, C, and shell‑scripting experience. Deep knowledge of Linux, networking protocols, and object‑oriented design. Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, and debugging from scratch. Experience owning embedded software projects. Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, SQL, and Linux tools. Familiarity with Eclipse, Visual Studio, Jira, and Confluence. Good to Have Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and Jenkins. Exposure to large‑scale code deployment and performance tuning.
