You’ll own end‑to‑end troubleshooting for production data issues, turning complex tickets into reliable, well‑documented solutions. What You’ll Do Lead investigation and resolution of complex data support tickets. Analyze logs, queries, data flows and integration dependencies to find root causes. Define corrective actions, preventive controls and monitoring enhancements. Collaborate with solution managers, architects and business stakeholders to build pipelines and mappings. Mentor junior engineers on validation, ticket analysis and documentation. Support production deployments, performance tuning and data‑quality governance. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering or a related discipline. 5+ years in data engineering, ETL/ELT, SQL development and production support. Strong command of SQL, data modeling, transformations and pipeline monitoring. Hands‑on experience with data‑quality checks and API‑based integrations. Proven ability to perform root‑cause analysis and produce incident documentation. Skill in creating repeatable troubleshooting playbooks and operational handoffs. Experience guiding junior engineers and communicating findings to cross‑functional teams. Good to Have Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Background in enterprise data warehouses or manufacturing analytics. Familiarity with dashboarding or reporting tools.
