Senior Developer- IHS Markit / SQL (Hyderabad) — Senior Developer – Hyderabad Join a fast‑growing Enterprise Data and Information Services team that builds enterprise‑wide data‑management platforms for a leading financial services firm. You’ll shape data marts, master‑data solutions, and BI pipelines, working with seasoned architects and business partners in a collaborative, high‑impact environment. What You’ll Do Design and develop robust data‑management systems following architectural standards. Enhance, maintain, and support existing SQL and Oracle applications. Collaborate with architects, QA, and release management to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. Document recurring processes and suggest automation to streamline development. Participate in all phases of the software‑engineering lifecycle. Maintain accurate technical documentation for platform components. Provide advanced debugging and troubleshooting for production issues. What You Need 7+ years of experience with data‑management/master‑data solutions (IHS Markit/Cadis preferred). 7+ years of hands‑on MS SQL Server and Oracle database design and development. Proven expertise in ETL, data extraction, transformation, and summarisation across multiple sources. Full‑cycle SDLC involvement, including TFS source control and CI/CD pipelines. Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong knowledge of data modeling, design patterns, and database design. Good to Have Experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
