You’ll own production‑grade models and data pipelines that directly influence the performance of BMW’s Digital Tire Diagnosis product. What You’ll Do Design and deploy production‑grade ML models for the Digital Tire Diagnosis product. Build and maintain batch & streaming ETL/feature pipelines using Spark and PySpark. Manage end‑to‑end ML lifecycle: training, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and improvement. Optimize hyper‑parameters, compare model families, and validate performance. Implement automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for data and models. Create dashboards to track model health, drift, security, and cloud‑governance metrics. Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams across India and Europe. What You Need 5+ years building production ML systems. Expert in Python, PySpark, and SQL. Hands‑on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn. Proficient with AWS services (S3, Glue, IAM, Lambda, Athena) and cloud data governance. Strong background in Spark‑based pipelines, CDH/Hive environments; Palantir Foundry exposure a plus. Experience in model monitoring, explainable AI, drift/bias analysis, and ML security. Skilled in CI/CD implementation, Git workflows, IaC, and automated testing. Good to Have Adversarial testing, robustness analysis, and threat modelling.
