What You’ll Do
- Lead large‑scale data engineering projects from concept to delivery.
- Design and implement cloud‑ready, hybrid data architectures.
- Drive real‑time transaction data processing and low‑latency analytics.
- Define technical strategy, solution architecture, and ROI assessments.
- Partner with PMs to scope, estimate, and manage project timelines.
- Establish QA/QC processes, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Mentor team members and oversee offshore development activities.
What You Need
- 10+ years of software/data engineering experience.
- 5–8 years delivering secure solutions in financial services.
- Strong expertise in data integration, modeling, and architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with Cloud platforms, Unix, SQL, and Hadoop.
- Advanced knowledge of software engineering methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.

- Experience with AI/ML adoption in data‑centric environments.
