As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our platform’s reliability, scalability, efficiency, and security.
About The Role
We’re hiring an SDE 1 – Web developer to join our frontend engineering team. If you’ve worked on React.js-based applications, have strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a good eye for clean, functional UI—you’ll thrive here.
You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend engineers to build responsive and performant user interfaces across our core platforms—LOS, LMS, onboarding flows, dashboards, and internal tools.
What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain responsive, accessible UI components using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into high-quality product interfaces.
• Work on real product modules—dashboards, application journeys, and platform tools—with mentorship from senior engineers.
• Contribute to reusable component libraries, frontend architecture, and design consistency.
• Debug and resolve UI issues, and participate in code reviews and sprints.
What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in frontend development, including React.js project work (internships, freelancing, or full-time roles).
• Solid grasp of JavaScript, modern ES6+ syntax, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building UI components, integrating APIs, and handling application state (e.g., React Context or Redux).
• Good understanding of browser dev tools, responsive design, and accessibility principles.
• Exposure to Git, Figma handoffs, basic API integrations.
• Exposure or understanding of financial services or fintech platforms (e.g., loan journeys, dashboards, onboarding flows) is a big plus.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to grow in a product environment.
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with tools like Vite/Webpack, Storybook, Jest, Lottie animations, or TailwindCSS.
• Experience with performance tuning, lazy loading, or frontend observability.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows.
