SOFTWARE ENGINEER ERP & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION – Latur / Mumbai
Join a 45‑year‑old non‑profit that’s scaling impact across Maharashtra by digitising its operations. As a Software Engineer you will own the ERP and digital‑transformation stack, building automation and AI‑enabled tools that let the organisation reach 1 Lakh+ beneficiaries.
What You’ll Do
Analyse manual processes and design automated workflows in Frappe.
Develop custom Frappe apps and REST APIs for project portals and asset tracking.
Lead migration of legacy data into a unified Frappe ecosystem.
Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face) for ticket summarisation and document extraction.
Build real‑time reports, dashboards and predictive field suggestions.
Optimise MariaDB queries and manage sites with Frappe Bench.
Write unit tests, conduct code reviews and maintain Git version control.
What You Need
2–3 years of full‑stack development experience.
Strong Python (≥3) and JavaScript (ES6+) coding skills.
Proficiency with MariaDB/MySQL, Linux/Ubuntu CLI and Git.
Experience building and maintaining Frappe/ERPNext applications.
Ability to call external REST APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) from Python.
Knowledge of unit testing and code‑review practices.
Good to Have
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or Frappe Cloud.
Familiarity with Frappe HRMS, CRM or Raven chat modules.
