What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with analysts, product owners, QA and stakeholders to define requirements.
- Design, develop, test, debug and maintain high‑performance Java applications.
- Write clean, scalable, reusable code following secure development standards.
- Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning and technical design discussions.
- Create and run unit tests; support integration and system testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis and deliver fixes quickly.
- Contribute to code reviews, peer programming and documentation.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years of Java development experience in enterprise or product settings.
- Strong grasp of OOP, data structures, algorithms, multithreading and concurrency.
- Proficiency in design patterns, memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience with source control (Git or TFS) and unit testing frameworks.
- Ability to write technical documentation and support CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and distributed architecture.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipeline tooling and Agile/Scrum processes.
