Who You Are
We’re hiring two backend engineers: one Mid-Level (3+ years) and one Senior (5+ years). You’ll join a cross-functional team building high-performance services that handle tens of billions of requests daily. Our stack includes Go and Java, and we’re open to strong engineers in either. If you enjoy working on distributed systems, writing clean code, and solving real-world scale challenges, we’d love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
• Design, develop, test, release, and deploy solutions for the ad exchange application, managing the deployment and operations of containerized exchange software on the multi-cloud environments
• Partner effectively with the product team to manage scope and deliverables for the technical side of the product roadmap, and communicate timelines, scope, and technical concerns to team, stakeholders, and managers
• Track down and resolve complex bugs and issues, ensuring the quality and maintainability of software
• Design and architect coherent solutions that will work seamlessly across the engineering department
• Deliver and contribute to large components and projects, making and communicating decisions around design, prioritization, debugging
• Effectively estimate projects, delivering consistently in respect to team/organization commitments
• Maintain NFR (Non-functional requirements) of the software at the maintenance stage and improve quality, performance, reliability and scalability of the systems
Job Requirements
What You Will Bring
• Mid-Level: 3+ years of backend development experience
• Senior-Level: 5+ years of backend experience, with solid exposure to distributed systems and performance-critical applications
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GH Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools (Terraform) and monitoring/alerting systems (Grafana, ELK)
• Experience with performance and system-level optimizations is a plus
• Experience with the Ad-tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
