Software Engineering Backend + AI LMTS

Join a fast‑growing AI team building next‑gen conversational platforms for millions of users. You’ll lead design and delivery of scalable backend services that power Einstein Bots and Agentforce. What You'll Do Drive end‑to‑end design and implementation of core platform features. Collaborate with product, UX, QA and engineering to turn requirements into production‑ready code. Maintain platform health by ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, high availability, and extensibility. Define architectural standards and mentor engineers on best practices and complex problem solving. Build micro‑service components in a multi‑tenant SaaS cloud environment. Lead code and design reviews, driving quality and consistency across squads. Participate in on‑call rotation, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability. What You Need 10+ years building highly scalable SaaS applications and platforms. Deep expertise in Java and at least one high‑level language (NodeJS, Go, TypeScript). Strong background in micro‑services, event‑driven architectures, and REST/gRPC APIs. Experience with AI/ML pipelines, LLMs, NLU, and reasoning engines. Proficiency with asynchronous processing, messaging frameworks, distributed caching, and database design (SQL/PLSQL). Solid debugging, performance optimization, and secure coding practices. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions. Good to Have Familiarity with Salesforce platform, APIs, and the Agentforce ecosystem. Experience with rule‑based or prompt‑based conversational automation frameworks. Prior work with globally distributed development teams.
