What You’ll Do
- Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, PyTest, or Playwright.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, API, UI, and database test cases.
- Validate backend data with SQL queries and perform data reconciliation.
- Review requirements and test artifacts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Participate in defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and verification of fixes.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, product owners, and QA peers.
- Produce test documentation, execution reports, and quality metrics.
What You Need
- Minimum 4 years of manual and automation QA experience.
- Proficiency in Python and intermediate SQL for test scripting and data validation.
- Hands‑on experience with Selenium (or Playwright) and PyTest automation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of API testing, REST validation, and authentication handling.
- Experience executing UI, functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Familiarity with Git version control and test‑management tools like JIRA/SpiraTest/TestRail.
- Ability to create complex SQL queries, joins, and backend data checks.
Good to Have
- Playwright automation experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and framework migration projects.
