We are seeking a hands-on QA Lead to drive testing for our EdTech applications. This role is both strategic and practical—you will create and execute test scripts yourself while shaping QA best practices and ensuring release quality.Responsibilities
• Define QA processes and maintain test coverage.
• Write, execute, and automate test scripts (PHPUnit, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing.
• Ensure QA integration in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to deliver defect-free releases.
• Track/report defects and validate fixes.
Requirements
• 5+ years QA experience (including 2+ years in lead/ownership roles).
• Strong background testing Laravel/PHP applications.
• Skilled in automation + manual testing and API validation.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
