What You’ll Do
- Design and develop scalable full‑stack applications and backend services.
- Build robust REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Contribute to platform modernization and system design.
- Deliver secure, observable, and highly reliable software.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Support production systems, improving performance and reliability.
- Mentor peers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years building enterprise applications with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Strong expertise in React or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience creating scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Hands‑on knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proven problem‑solving ability and cross‑team collaboration.
- Participation in system design, code reviews, and production support.
Good to Have
- Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, Golang, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, and DevSecOps practices.
- Exposure to GenAI, Python, LLM integrations, or Retrieval‑Augmented Generation.
- Background in Risk & Compliance, LegalTech, or regulated domains.
