Job Description： Job Title: Senior Staff Engineer – Risk Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Staff Engineer to lead the development and architecture of our Risk Platform. The role involves driving innovation, ensuring reliability, partnering across teams, and mentoring engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead technology and architecture for the Risk Platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with Risk Product, Compliance, Data, and AI teams to design effective risk solutions. Drive technical vision, innovation, and best engineering practices (automation, quality, observability). Mentor and guide global engineering teams; attract and retain top talent. Partner with Security, SRE, and business teams for integrations, compliance, and performance. Ensure production excellence with monitoring, SLOs, and continuous improvements. Requirements: 10+ years in large-scale software design and development. Strong expertise in architecture, deployment, production operations, and SDLC. Hands-on experience in Risk Platforms, Data, and AI/ML. Cloud experience (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, S3, Lambda, EMR, etc.). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Bachelor’s in Computer Science (Master’s/PhD preferred). Payments domain knowledge is a plus.
