What You’ll Do
- Design and execute test strategies and detailed test plans.
- Lead a team of testing professionals to deliver test cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing objectives and requirements.
- Perform manual and automated testing to verify functionality and performance.
- Log, track, and report bugs and defects promptly.
- Analyze test outcomes and advise development on improvements.
- Stay current with industry testing best practices and emerging tools.
What You Need
- 8+ years of software testing experience, including test strategy design.
- Hands‑on expertise with Selenium, Appium, and Cypress.io.
- Strong background in automated testing frameworks such as Cucumber and Tricentis Tosca.
- Proven leadership of QA teams in Agile environments.
- Relevant certifications (ISTQB, CSQA, CSTE) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Good to Have
- Experience with Design Thinking for test planning.
- Knowledge of firmware testing and iTKO LISA tools.
