As a skilled and experienced Stibo STEP Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical development, configuration, and customization of Stibo STEP modules. Your deep expertise in Product and Customer Master Data Management (MDM) will be essential, along with your proficiency in implementing Stibo PIM solutions end-to-end.
Your responsibilities will include designing and developing technical solutions for Stibo STEP modules to meet business and project needs. You will configure and customize STEP Data Models, workflows, and reporting functionalities. Driving end-to-end implementations of Stibo PIM solutions will be a key part of your role, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Analyzing, designing, and configuring workflows using STEP, leveraging out-of-the-box Stibo features, and functions for development and optimization will also be part of your duties.
Your expertise in PIM architecture, design, and integration with enterprise systems will be utilized to develop and maintain technical documentation for Stibo workflows, customizations, and configurations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and enable MDM/PIM features for organizational goals will be crucial. You will ensure system monitoring, issue tracking, and maintenance of STEP-based solutions, optimizing system performance and scalability while adhering to MDM/PIM development best practices. Supporting troubleshooting, debugging, and system upgrades, as well as training and mentoring team members on STEP configurations and functionalities, will also be part of your responsibilities.
To be successful in this role, you should have 3-8 years of experience in technical development, configuration, and custom development for Stibo STEP modules. Strong knowledge of the STEP Data Model, workflows design/setup/variants creation, and configurations is required. Expertise in Product and Customer MDM with proven experience in Stibo PIM end-to-end implementations is essential. An understanding of PIM architecture, design, integration, along with MDM/PIM development best practices, and familiarity with Stibo’s out-of-the-box features, monitoring, and reporting functions are also necessary.,
