Storage Engineer – New Delhi, India | Full‑time

What You’ll Do
Design and deploy scalable storage architectures for reliability and performance.
Configure and fine‑tune NetApp and Lenovo storage arrays.
Monitor capacity, performance, and health using industry‑standard tools.
Manage backups, replication, and disaster‑recovery processes.
Troubleshoot storage incidents and optimise system performance.
Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to integrate solutions.
Document configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
What You Need
≥ 2 years experience with enterprise storage (NetApp, Lenovo).
Strong hands‑on skills in SAN/NAS management and RAID configuration.
Proven ability to design storage solutions focused on scalability and data protection.
Experience with replication technologies and backup strategies for HA/DR.
Familiarity with storage provisioning in virtualised or cloud environments.
Competence in scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and monitoring tools.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT or equivalent practical experience.
Good to Have
Knowledge of basic networking concepts related to storage.
Exposure to monitoring platforms such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Splunk.
Experience with automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform).
