As a Store Manager, you’ll be the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly in one of our stores. You’ll be responsible for leading the team to hit sales targets and, most importantly, making sure every customer has a great experience. This means greeting customers, helping them find the perfect eyewear, and resolving any issues they might have.
You’ll also be involved in training and developing your team, making sure they have the skills they need to succeed, and keeping everyone motivated. Keeping track of store finances and inventory will be part of your role, along with making sure the store always looks its best and follows company procedures. You’ll also work to understand what customers want and need, and find ways to give them the best possible service.
We’re looking for someone who has completed graduation and has good communication skills. It’s helpful if you’re good at leading people, building relationships, and staying organized, and can adapt quickly to new situations. Experience in retail is a plus, but not essential.
This position is available anywhere in India and the work mode is onsite. Salary will be discussed during the interview process.
