You’ll lead a testing team, shaping quality strategies for AI‑driven projects while ensuring robust software delivery. The role combines hands‑on automation with mentorship, driving end‑to‑end testing excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of testers throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Create test plans, cases, and scripts aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with developers to achieve comprehensive test coverage.
- Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality and performance.
- Analyze results, report findings, and recommend improvements.
- Track progress, report metrics, and escalate critical issues.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s a plus.
- 5+ years of software testing experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodology and test automation tools.
- Hands‑on experience with Selenium, Cypress.io, Appium, and Cucumber.
- Knowledge of QA processes, risk management, and test process improvement.
- Certified tester credentials (e.g., ISTQB, CSQA, CSTE, Tricentis Tosca).
Good to Have
- Experience with AI/ML model testing.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking and storytelling for stakeholder communication.
- Certification in Hexawise Test Professional or Selenium Basics.
